Steven Grahmann AREA DIRECTOR Steven is the Area Director in Arizona, supervising staff across the state, developing and resourcing students, teaching, preaching, and training. He has been on InterVarsity staff for 25 years. His favorite things about student ministry is passing on the love, peace, and hope of Jesus to new generations. Steven is a podcaster, marathoner, and freelance writer. He also has an opinion about every movie ever made, but it's ok if you disagree with him, he just likes to talk with you about it. |
Kosmos Ververelli Team Leader NORTHERN ARIZONA UNIVERSITY Kosmos graduated from NAU in 2013 with degrees in Physics and Astronomy. He and his wife Amy have two daughters Luna and Robin. They have been ministering to students at NAU for over 10 years, Kosmos has proudly served Latino students through InterVarsity’s LaFe ministry for the past 8 years. He is passionate about helping students see their dignity in Jesus and empowering them to bring hope to their communities. Kosmos is most likely to be found on campus playing sports, board games or hide n seek with his kids and students. |

Micah Karr Team Leader Arizona State University Micah graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2019 with degrees in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing his Master of Divinity at Gateway Seminary. He is married to Hannah Karr and is passionate about students knowing Jesus and making Him known. Micah is most likely to be found on campus playing Spikeball, Kan Jam, or any other weird sport you can think of with students. |
Victoria Sanchez Campus Minister Arizona State University Victoria graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2018 with a degree in Speech Pathology. Victoria longs for students to fall in love with God through His Word, His people, and prayer. If you know her well, you would know that she is passionate about seeing Latino students empowered in the gospel. Victoria is most likely to be found eating yummy food or drinking coffee/boba with students. |
Hannah Karr Campus Minister Arizona State University Hannah is currently studying at Arizona State University pursuing a degree in Communications. She is married to Micah and is passionate about helping students know that they are seen, desired, and redeemed by Jesus. Hannah is most likely to be found drinking coffee, having convos about anything and everything, and having fun experiences with students. |
Allison Estrada CAMPUS MINISTER ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Allison graduated from ASU in 2024 with a degree in Medical Studies. She is married to Andrew since early 2025. She loves walking alongside students as they are learning what it looks like to follow Jesus for their whole lives! Allison is most likely to be found getting a cappuccino, playing board games, and doing sporty activities with students! |
Andrew Krausman CAMPUS MINISTER ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY Andrew graduate from ASU in 2024 with a degree in Civil Engineering. He is married to Allison since early 2025. He loves sharing the gospel with college students and helping them find their true identity in Jesus. Andrew is most likely to be found with a cappuccino or a frisbee in his hand while spending time with students. |
